▶ A CENTURY OF PEACE AND PROSPERITY
After the great sacrifices that many Shinobi had undergone, the world had Changed. The 4th Shinobi World War had ended with the triumph of the Countries and the death of the Enemy. No longer blades were pointed at one another, but instead hands shook and affection blossomed.
This era of peace and prosperity was brought about the land by the direction of one lone ninja who rose above the rest; Naruto Uzumaki. He took the 4th Great Shinobi War by the reins and brought the mysterious masked man, along with his refugees, to an end.
History had become tales, tales had become legend and legend became myth. No longer did people remember what had occurred so long ago. Perhaps few did, but they were too afraid to talk of times of Strife and War. However, all remembered the tale of Uzumaki Naruto. How he strived for peace and happiness between the Ninja Nations. But that was a long, long time ago.
▶ UNREST AND CONFLICT ARE ETERNAL
There are a select few who admire the works of the Akatsuki and have gathered together to form a similar group, but with different schemes. Known as the Neo Akatsuki, with an unknown name. A man, merciless and calculating, is secretly plotting the destruction of the Hidden Villages within the bowels of Konohagakure. With these enemies yearning for obliteration, there is no time for sleep.
Once again the World begins to stir from it's sleep of Serenity. Conflict brews in the lands of the Elements and the flames of Grudges are lit anew. No one is there to remind the people of the mistakes of the Past. There are always those who seek more, wish to take from others and desire to inflict pain upon others...
. . .they rise once more.

The time or War, Anguish, Pain and Death may once again be upon the World as the wicked plot and weave the threads of deception and hate that threaten to coil around the world. Those once allies and neighbors are about to become worst of enemies and none are sure where Fate shall lead them in the upcoming conflict. Borders and closed, hatred seeps through the concrete jungles, wolves howl for blood in the night...
. . .What shall become of the nations when War descends upon them once more? Take your stance, lead your country to victory or defeat... and pray that the Shinigami does not take you down his dark halls.
